  1. Kia Ora Capri,
It’s awesome to see that you have started the Summer Learning Journey! I’m Dani, one of the bloggers working with the Kaikohekohe cluster.
That’s a great commentary of the race! It was a nail biter that’s for sure. If you had the chance to ever paddle in a Waka Ama team, would you? I think I would like to give it a go.

I’m excited to see more of your blogs

  2. Kia Ora again Capri,

Nice— so glad to see you've launched straight in to the Summer Learning Journey activities. I'm really happy to see that you've been watching the Waka Ama nationals. Do you know where the Pirates are from?
I'm from Gisborne originally, and there's always Waka Ama training happening there on the river. Can you watch any Waka Ama races around where you live?

    Keep up the awesome mahi!

  3. Hey Capri, hope you are having a great holiday, super awesome to see you doing your activities.
Have you had a go at Waka Ama before? I think you would be good at it, maybe it is something you could give a go this year.
Keep up the great work Capri.
